Hi on my home page it shows that I have a message when I click on it there is no message there and I can't get rid of it. Any ideas

Try logging out and back in again and if that doesn't work, clear your browser cookies and cache.

May I kindly enquire whether anyone has successfully applied bold formatting within sent messages? I fully appreciate this may seem a rather minor or inconsequential detail, yet it has been a persistent curiosity of mine for some time. Traditional markdown conventions such as asterisks do not appear to yield the desired effect. Any guidance or insight would be most gratefully received.
