Videos not playing

Is there an issue with playing videos since this morning

Cluck on the video circle thing keeps spinning nothing plays same every video

Site supporter membership runs till end of rhe month

We’ve tried different devices and browsers and clearing the cache etc. just not working at all. Must be an issue, sure they will be working on it.

Same issue here, tried all solutions but NOT changing my browser just for one site."

It was just to check to see if it is the browser playing up. Obviously you don't have to do anything suggested.

Chrome on Android and Windows, neither playing videos.

MS Edge on Windows also not playing videos.

Looks to be an issue with some of the BT network (from what we see).

Best option is try disconnecting your wifi/connection, wait a few minutes and re-connect, it will often reconnect you on a different IP to a different part of the BT network.

Please try this and let us know

Videos working now on Chrome on Android. Not changed anything, using WiFi (EE broadband over BT cables).

I've had the same issue. I've just disconnected wifi (BT) on my phone & used mobile data & videos have played fine. It must be something linked to BT xx
