Cam Problem in new chat

Hi hope someone can help - we can't get our cam to work in the new chatrooms. Works fine in the old and all looks to be ok with the settings in the new. We click allow and looks ok but there is just no image being shown

anyone have any ideas?

someone said u gott set in the old chat and it supposed to work in new but soz dont know how to do it never checked if mine works in new

We'll be doing an update in the next week or so that we hope will resolve these issues for those users who can't get cam in new chat

thanks guys appreciate the fast feedback. Tried a few different ways which people have suggested but no joy yet.

New chat looks really good though, much clearer cams and easier to follow than the old
