Same pic same profile two different names

How can ppl do this have two profiles exactly the same but under different screen names is it now allowed for us single ppl to have more than one profile ta x

no i know couples can have single and couples profile my mates mostly have. No i am asking about single people like myself with only this profile only i see quite a few that have different names but same profiles only cos rules change all the time i thought may that is allowed now xx
