unable to find a profile

Hi, friends of ours recommended a profile and they sent us the details but we are unable to find the profile. we've searched by profile name and location and still can't find them. what are we doing wrong? x x

They might have you blocked so you wont be able to find them in the search or they could be suspended

If they have their profile hidden then it won't show up in searches
