Try this first go to your browser by clicking the 3 dots top right of this page scroll down to settings then

Site settings and clear the cookies for this site remember it'll log you out

When you log back in it'll ask you for permission accept them all

You can hold your finger on the browser icon on your device and it'll open options and look for permission then check that you have given for camera and microphone
