Wink for invites?

So we understand that we aren't allowed to send event invites via a message on here, but are we allowed to "Wink" at profiles that we believe may be interested?

We get many winks and their status says that the wink is an invite to an event. So that must be allowed.

As explained on the promotor rules, you can only provide information if the person asks for it , it will be classed as spamming people if you do what you are suggesting
