Unable to upload videos

I’ve been trying to upload some videos that meet all the criteria but for some reason i get to the ‘uploading - this may take a few minutes’ page and it goes no further

I’ve tried using different browsers … any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Check the browser settings you can do this by holding the finger on it and check the permissions

So that the browser has permission to media and files

Have you tried uninstalling the browser that you originally use then switch off the device and on then reload it
