You can message admin regarding it but normally if they don't reply it means that ban will remain.

Also unable to post status via web, app or on phone. Not sure whats gone on. Not posted one in ages so not a ban.

honestly delete _rofile make new one

Ask old verifications to very new account and be carefull in future

admin do not care after they ban

You could try this if the status is not updating

In the browser

Settings

Site settings

Data stored

Search for the fab

Delete

This should clear data for the site

Log back in, change the status and safe
