I also had issues using the text upgrade method.... I was not getting a reply text with the required code... tried several times.

I paid this morning, received a receipt, but when I tried to copy the code and paste it into the box, it pasted words not the code. Now I can’t find the receipt page

If your copying and pasting your phone copies the whole text so you would need to go into the box and delete the words and just keep the code in future
