volume in chat rooms.

can still hear volume on cams we are watching after we have switched volume off.

even though its showing up as being off.

Try clearing the cookies for the the site and clear your search history in the browser remember it'll log you out when you clear the cookies

Or browsers playing up as the one I use had a technical issue was unable to use the image search

I left a review on the app store for the developer and it's fixed now
