Own profile pic gone

Hi, our profile pic and some other photos disappeared yesterday, so uploaded some new photos yesterday and set one as profile pic and have disappeared again today.

Any ideas as to why? Thx

Pics normally only get removed if they have broken rules etc without knowing what the pics were of it's hard to help.

All pretty tame - 2 were boobs shots and the third was an underwear pic...no face in any of them.

Also had to reset our password today - should we be concerned that someone might have accessed our account?

Yep, clicked save. They were all up for 24hrs and previous profile pic was there for months until disappearing yesterday.
