I assume the fact he mentions a couples profile in The title he has a separate couples profile that's having the struggle

OP try getting using the feedback form it worked when my wife was Having similar issues

This has happened to my friend, he tried to post on the forum and nothing it goes blank. He's sent many messages to see why but nothing has changed so far but fingers crossed it will be sorted soon. Not sure why this has happened maybe you'll have better luck in a response. Good luck OP
