Has admin changed our profile??

Tropical SW & frozen North

We have a couple profile and Mrs took a break. But over the last couple of weeks it’s been changed to a single man profile and all our couple pics rejected

We have couple varis - can someone help us get our couple profile back so Mrs can get back involved

I’m guessing it’s someone we / I said no to while Mrs is on a break who has then maliciously reported and an admin has taken their word for it
