Hiya, can anyone help with the site rules on whether it is acceptable to mention messaging apps on here? Publicly and/or privately?

I don’t mean mentioning other swinging apps as I know that’s not allowed, just messaging apps.

I don’t want to risk that as I made a rookie error a while ago in mentioning another swinging app in an PM and got a message ban!

My own fault as I didn’t realise it wasn’t allowed 🙈

I've mentioned WhatsApp, Telegram, and Kik in private messages without problems.

Just can't put phone numbers or usernames in public.

This is correct. You can exchange details via PM. Just not in public - status updates, forum posts etc.

Same with phone numbers/email addresses.
