Hi,

I have an unread message I can’t access.

I have opened all my message filters but to no avail.

Any ideas please?

It usually happens if you get another message straight after a message on the same thread, i had it happen i looked through my messages and there was an unread message there in a thread.. you used to be able to go back to the old style mailbox and you could find it there but not sure if you still can revert back

I've had one there for a week, I know it normally clears itself but it hasn't. I don't think I can go back to the old style mailbox unless I'm missing something? I can't see how

How can you see that a message in a thread is unread?

If a message after it, in the same thread is read, is the entire thread showing as read?

If you scroll through the entire message thread if theres a message straight after another message it sometimes has unread inside that message... the rest of them will say save, ive noticed it a few times
