Leeds

Been trying to renew my supporter status but the SMS isn't responding with the code.

Have tried about 5 times today.

Anyone else had problems?

Admin?

Cheers

So you're doing it by text message yes? You text swing to the number 79100 and providing you have £5 credit on your mobile plus your networks charge for doing it it should send the text with the code straight away .

I wouldn't keep sending for one. They may all turn up at once that way.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

Ive been given a "virtual" MasterCard from work and I've been trying to upgrade with it but it's not working at all... Are these not allowed?

"I'm having same problem "

Check your network adult filters in case it has switched on/off
