It's very frustrating when i had photos refused because it was with a couple and her face was not completely covered up but you see photos being published from single profiles with far less covering of faces than my pictures. Please fab admin let's have a legal playing field, maybe Fab should make a program where Fab dictate the level of facial covering.

Here are the photo rules, they do say

'face pixellated or blacked out; just blacking out the eyes is NOT ok). '

So it is quite clear I what's acceptable. If you see any that have slipped through report them

Always err on the side of caution and protect others. If you feel like any of your own are an issue, remove the lm. Photo mods are only human and mistakes will happen but there is a level playing field for all. Report any that might have slipped through in error.
