Good luck! I've been trying to contact them all day, had my profile blocked from sending messages or updating status for over 8 hours because someone broke rules messaging me.

Cannot get any response or get it resolved. Paid supporter for over 10 years and never broke a rule its a joke.

Once they have your money they dgaf.

You don't get a mail block for that, however if you mentioned whatever banned word or phrase the person sent you in your reply it will block you then.

The automated block won't know what context the words are being used so sometimes we might get stuck in it too.

The block should lift after a few hours as the pop up said so at that point it isn't worth mailing Admin. However if you still can't send mails now then I would contact them
