You have a green tick showing photo verification as a male and public photos showing a male.

This seems an odd request. 🤷‍♂️

Contact admin and ask them to change it. If you want to change to a woman it's unlikely they will as you're photo verified, same if you want to change to a couple. Changing to TV/CD might be possible
