Having problems with settings dropping out in 3 area’s of our profile.

1 Looking for section in profile

We set who we would like to meet and this setting does not stay as we set it.

2 Message filters who can contact us.

Again we set our preferences and this changes with choices dropping out.

3 Hide profile setting

We set our profile to be viewed

Again this setting changes and hides our profile.

The results of these issues we get accused of being a fake profile and being time wasters.

Help and advice sorting this out would be appreciated

Could it be the cookies or cache files being cleared when you shut the pc down?
