If someone is blocked, are they still visible on forums?

As per title..

I can see people that have blocked myself (for whatever reasons) posting on forums.. of which I can reply to and quote within the forum itself.

The question is, if I'VE blocked someone (for whatever varying reasons) do their posts and replies show up as visible in the forums?

Or are they hidden until they become 'unblocked' so to speak

Yes, blocking only stops being able to see the profile and being able to message
