Hi, I’ve found in the past that forums are a better way of catching admins.

We’ve had an unusual message which seems like a template from the fab admins, we were hopeful to get some clarification?

How do we get clarification on a matter we’ve had a vague message about? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
