Hi, trying to change to a new phone but don't have access to the my username or password....

How do I securely change phones ?

I guess your username is the same as your profile name or possibly the email address you set the profile up with.

On the log in page there's a 'forgot password' button you can tap that.

You could transfer all the data from one device to the other, so all the files and data is there also
