Hey I have just tried uploading pic which was accepted then rejected as it says I need to be in pic. I am in pic. How can I get this decision reviewed please?

If you think your pics should have been approved, leave the rejected photo's in your photo section and ask Admin to review your pics from the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page
