Undelete a message

How do I undelete a message? I clicked on the right side of a message and it got deleted. And then I pressed back by mistake instead of the correct undelete popup. Can admins undelete the messages I deleted earlier today?

Do you know who sent you the msg? The msg they sent will be at the top of their profile I think, you can click on it from there.
