i I’ve just paid by trxt , message came back as normal with code but when I click on link it just takes me to the login page so I can’t enter the code anywhere

That I can see , just the original log in page asking for name and password details

Any ideas

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

None of those, it always was simple , pay get code and took you to code ‘ box ‘ simples

Now the link takes you to the log in page with and nothing on there for code

Last week admin sorted it but why has it changed

Admin say they have answered you every time you contacted them. If you do what the mail asks of you and get back to them they will help if they can

It doesn’t matter what I try, but the text fails to send and I cannot join as a site supporter. Phone company says there is no block on being able to send the text, so any other suggestions please?

You can pay by card, it costs more than £5 but you obviously get more days and extra free days
