Issue with video appovals?

If there an unwritten rule or some technical issue with video uploads being approved?

A photo we uploaded after a video has been approved ok but our video hasn't? Aren't approvals supposed to take 'a few minutes' or 'not long'?

Approved now, but we weren't sure if music in the background was a no no or something.

All the photo and video mods are volunteers and it's the weekend. Sometimes you need a little patience as it might take longer.
