FabSwingers.com forum: In chatrooms, users cannot 'PM' or 'Poke' me

Today, I've noticed that when I'm in the chatrooms, other users cannot PM or Poke me. I have allowed 'Anybody' to private message and poke me in the drop down menu. Still, under my username - PM, Poke, Block is not displayed. I've been a site supporter for the last 2 years and this is the first time this has happened. I have just message site support but I don't think I'll hear back from them as they say they don't respond to messages. If anybody can advise me on how to rectify this issue it would be really appreciated, thanks!

It never shows under your own name, as why would you want to PM or poke yourself, but it is visible to other chat users.

I have only realised that now. I asked someone in the chatroom to PM me and I have received their message. Should have done that earlier. Thanks for your help!
