I've received a polite, but unwanted, verification. I've chosen not to display this, but my profile still shows I've received one. Can I stop this (date etc) displaying?

You can use the manage verification, which you can choose which you want displayed or hide all

Thanks. Somewhere I've seen other's profiles which read, for example, so many displayed, so many couples, Last, with date.

Am I right?

I've searched my own profile, which only references those I've displayed.

Yes you can choose which once you'd like to display

You can also hide everything including the number count so nothing is visible

When you say unwanted do you mean you had not met or spoken via cam to this person.

If this is the case it is a fake veri and can be reported to admin and removed by them. If you had met said person and it's a genuine veri then it can't be removed although you can choose not to show it.

If you want to show the summary then click on 'account' and 'manage verifications' and show your verifications summary.

When people leave the veri goes with them anyway. It does stay on your summary though. You also don't have to show your veris if you don't want to. So I don't see your issue.

And if you want to remove a veri completely, rather than just hide it, then block the sender. It'll vanish as if it was never there.

Because they are looking at who posted on this forum,perhaps ?

No,dont think you can stop being looked at other than blocking individual profiles or or hiding your own profile
