Video not playing.

Morning

We've uploaded a new video clip this morning and it plays for some Fab users but not others..very annoying.

Anybody know the reason for this?

Hiya op

It's normal the case, having so much junk files as a user is using the browser to connect to a site. So clear junk files for the browser and the device and other apps.

At times uninstall and reinstall the browser can fix this, then switch the device off/on
