Hiya op

Have you checked the browser that you are using, that you have given permission for use of cam/video to be used via the browser

If so try using a different browser like Firefox as the issue will be with the browser, so check the app store that you are using see if anyone else has left a review and leave one so the developer can assist

I use Chrome when using the cams

Doesn't work on Samsung Internet
