Ive got a yellow in box saying "1 unread" message yet all messages have been read and when i recive a new one to goes up to "2 unread"

Any know how to clear that please ?

Thanks i tried that,i think,as logged me out of site and another i had open on a tab then that "whats my password?" moment.Logged back in but still shows '1 unread'

Thanks,I tried the link,takes me to the Desk Top site,can't see anything for old style mail box,seem to remember that was like a list of messages and scroll down to the unread one

One link was for new style and other for old but I've checked and my message are still in group regardless
