Tunbridge Wells

All of the conversations in my messages bar one have disappeared. It happened when I received a message from her last night with a video attached.

If I click on sent messages the conversations are all there and if I chose the recipient I can see the conversation, but I can’t reply.

Anyone got any ideas what happened, how and how to get them back..?
