Anyone else having difficulty getting £5 silver membership?

Text and phone line not working.

Text to 79100 not going through and phone call disconnects.

I don’t want a longer membership.

Have you checked your network provider that you don't have a adult filter block, try contact them or check your network settings

The phone is designed for a landline, if you call from a mobile it will disconnect early.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

Similar problem on the text renewal. I have been using this service for years, but now i get charged 15p by my mobile company and nothing from Fab.

The £5 option is text only. Is you click on any of the other payment options ypu will be taken to the bigger packages.
