Account changed from couple to male?

So I just noticed our account has been changed from couple to male and a load of our pics that were ok are now rejected?? Any ideas

Same problem here for months .. admin contacted …. Nothing … you only get a message from them when it’s time to renew !!

folk obvs thought you werent a couple and reported you

Admin will change and account from couple to single male if there's evidence that the woman is no longer meeting. If you think a mistaken been made you can contact admin but if they don't respond their decision will stand
