Hi we seem to have lost our warning of notifications and can't seems to activate them back ? Can anyone advise please Teresa

Do you mean the android push notifications?

For those go to account, then email notifications. Alongside email notifications is the option to enable push notifications on that page so you get an alert on your phone. Hope that helps.
