person not turning up

I have met someone and he didnt turn up. he made out that i wasnt there when i was. he was basically a timewaster. should i report this to admin without any acutal evidence that he is a timewaster? the person wouldnt give me an address but gave me directions and a phone number. he didnt turn up. i wasted time and fuel.

what happens if i report and the person turns out to be genuine with other users?

if his veris check out maybe he just didnt want to come or got confused just block and ignore best way hun xx

I think the general rule is to report yes

The guy may have done this before and admin may choose to do something about him if they get others reporting him as a no show
