I am trying to reset my password but the email never comes through - checked spam and all that.

I will mention I have tried to get the verification email multiple times also and it's never recieved.

My phone has logged me out of fab and I cannot remember my password at all. I wanted to renew my site pass but not if I can't use it on my phone.

Can anyone help me

Have the same issue for my other half’s profile. Can’t reset. Just glad we can access this one and find our usernames. Had forgotten them but got them now
