Forum couple account help

I met my partner on here, we now have a couples account it's photo and meet verified account is over 2 weeks old, but I'm unable to post from it in the forums.

I've looked for help it says ask here, but it won't post, I've twice contacted admin had no response and still can't post

Any help greatly received

All you can do is keep trying to contact admin. There isn't anything anyone else can do.

Never had a prob from my single account, I don't get why couples account have some sort of block on them even when photo/meet verified.

If they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know. If you don't get an answer back they will have reviewed your contact and decided the block is staying.
