We are both photo verified but when we try to leave feedback for each other it says page only for verified users?

Is the other user just PV'd too? One of you would have to have a meet/ cam veri to be able to verify

I've met someone but neither of us are verified so how can we verify each other?

One of you needs to be verified in order to verify the other person. Your best bet is for the female to get verified by another member e.g. on cam

You can only verify a meet after you've been verified by meet. Not verified by photo.
