Camera badge +hrs meaning

While checking local updates as you do I came across an account where there was a little red camera icon on the profile with hrs written underneath. At first, I thought it meant they were on camera but I don’t think this is what the icon means. Could anybody tell me, please? I’ve never seen it on anyone’s profile before
