Hoping to clear up some confusion.

Trying to create a couple profile, uploaded face pic photo veri with required paper note and it’s been rejected apparently either because writing wasn’t clear (although looked clear to me and my eye sight rubbish

) or we didn’t meet criteria of “must be clear you are a couple” which we are, but unsure how we are required to make this clear?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

We had this , sounds stupid but we did mirror writing so it spelled correctly when photo was taken and also we had one rejected because both couples hands weren't visible holding the paper. Only 3 hands were on the paper, once we re took it it was verified in about 3 hours .

Just noticed your a single person , maybe you can't add a couple to a single account, not sure, you might have to do a couples account , with the hands showing and writing clear
