Hi I can’t see any pictures or videos when I’m not on WiFi , no problem on WiFi but nothing on 4 or 5 g , can anyone help me please?

If you’re on Vodafone… download their app… log in… go to manage controls and limits and turn off the 18+ adult content controls.
