Sending videos in message

Hey, there is an option to send videos via message however any time I try to send one it says it doesn’t recognise the image . Am I missing something in relation to sending vids by message ?

Cheers for advice . Could it be that you can only send vids if they are in my album ? As in not direct from phone ?

Yes you can only send videos that have been saved to your profile.
