Site Admins I need your help please!

My friend tried to verify me but it has recently said that we’ve blocked each other? Neither of us have blocked each other and neither of us are on our block lists. She has verified people before without problems. She posted a verification on my page and it instantly blocked us??? Any help much appreciated.

I have also photo verified myself and am a silver site supporter but I am still unable to upload videos? Any help also appreciated.

You can change it once yourself after that you have message admin and ask them to do it for you. It always amazes me how people can get their own date of birth wrong twice
