Message read but offline for 2 days

How is it possible to have a message read but the person has been offline for 2 days?

The message was sent 15 mins ago, he is a no show on a meet

Is there a stealth mode?

There is not a stealth mode that allows you to hide when you're online

Message is read 15 mins ago but he hasn’t been online for 2 days
