Verification not sending

Hiya

Hopefully someone can help, I'm trying to verify a couple and when i do it say it has been saved but then when i go into my verifications I've sent its not there. This issue only seems to be for that one profile. Been trying for the last week now

Using the same wifi will stop it or if you or they have filters set that would normally stop you messaging it will block the veri. You both need to drop filters and it should go through fine.
