No play, pause fast forward options on video

Near Trim

My video settings seem to have changed. Before when I went to view a video, the play icon appeared in the middle of the screen while the loading bar was at the bottom. Now none of those icons are visible and I can't see how long the video is, has it loaded, can't pause or go back/forward. Anyone else experiencing this?
