Around the Midlands

We cannot remove certain members from our hotlist. We see they've posted updates so go on to the list to remove but they are not there. Have tried re-adding which then shows a heart symbol with the words "has been added to your hot list" and when we tap on it the message states that the user is no longer on the site, which is not true as they're still posting/uploading.

This has happened a number of times. Does anyone know how to resolve it? Thanks
